PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Each accepted paper will be presented in a session slot of 17 minutes total, structured as follows:

12 minutes for the presentation
5 minutes for questions and discussion (Q&A)

We kindly ask presenters to prepare their talks with this time limit in mind and to rehearse beforehand to ensure the presentation fits comfortably within the 12-minute slot. Session chairs will enforce timing strictly in order to keep the schedule on track for all presenters and attendees.

Presenters are encouraged to arrive at the session room a few minutes before their session begins and to have their slides ready in advance (e.g., loaded on the session laptop or accessible via USB) to avoid delays between talks.
